About Us

CATHERINE WALL

Director & Trainer
Qualified Certificate III & IV personal trainer & fitness professional.
I have always had a passion for sport and a desire to work in the sporting industry.  After graduating from Deakin University I was fortunate enough to have worked on a range of events and for a number of organisations including the Australian Open Tennis, World Police and Fire Games, and most recently Netball Australia and the Australian Netball Diamonds.

A netballer at school, I joined a gym once I started Uni and became a bit of a ‘junkie’.  It was however, the preparation for my wedding day in 2008 and the increased training loads and resulting fitness levels that really helped me find my passion for personal training, health and fitness.

After seeing the changes I made to my own body, my health and overall lifestyle, I felt amazing and from there and decided I would love to help others feel this good about themselves also.

My main aim as a personal trainer is to help you challenge yourself in ways you wouldn’t ordinarily do when training alone and assist you in reaching goals you never believed you could achieve!

My focuses are on weight loss, body toning, strength and nutrition.

NICHOLAS WALL

Wall 2 Wall Fitness
Director & Coach

My personal passion for fitness comes from my love of sport and particularly track and field. As a junior athlete I was lucky enough to represent both state and country in the 400m hurdles and sprint relays on the track and with this opportunity I gained much knowledge about personal preparation in both health and fitness.

Personally guided by elite coaches, mentored by Australian Olympians and educated by leading health professionals and the best of Australia’s sport scientists, I utilise much of my own learning to teach clients and athletes alike.

My philosophy on training has been created through personal experiences as a coach, teacher and trainer. A schoolboy athletics coach with numerous boys and girls schools but particularly Xavier College, strength & conditioning trainer with various EFL clubs and a running coach with Sandringham Dragons (TAC Cup), I love the challenge of those wanting to achieve specific event goals, but equally I enjoy developing and guiding people with everyday aspirations of improved health and fitness.

Health Tip #1

KEEP A FOOD DIARY
While many of us might try to place the blame for our extra bits on having a slow metabolism the reality is that if we are overweight it’s simply because we are consuming too much.
Make sure you take the time to write down everything you are eating and drinking on a daily basis. This will give you a good gauge as to where you are going wrong and what you need to do to get back on track.
