Group Fitness

It is essential for staff morale to have a well being program that includes all staff members, and what better way to do this by getting fit and having fun together!
The benefits of exercise in the workplace are endless, just to name a few areas where group fitness can assist you:

 Wall 2 Wall Fitness Group Sessions can be catered for your specific organisations needs and we are able to coordinate the sessions before, during lunch time or after work. Sessions can be in a local parkland, carpark or a training room within your building; we are completely flexible and happy to suit the needs of staff.

To see and feel the effects, we recommend a minimum of 8 sessions.

The great thing about Wall 2 Wall Fitness is the diversity in both training services and session times they offer, especially to corporate people like myself, who often use the excuse “not enough time in the day” to avoid any form of physical activity.

For my colleagues and I Catherine is able to provide within our lunchbreak, the ability to enjoy the outdoors, improve our body and minds and return to office feeling more energetic and motivated to tackle the everyday issues of our jobs that await us. The diversity of each session ensures we work every part of our body over a period of time.

The training sessions have given me the incentive to further my own fitness level and to strive for something more challenging and rewarding. For this reason I have entered for the first time to complete the 14.6km Run for the Kids event where previously 5km had been my optimum distance. It will be a real challenge but with Wall 2 Wall Fitness there to assist in my training preparations, I have every faith that I will achieve my goal!
