Wall 2 Wall Fitness has the solution for you!. We provide the equipment, motivation and expertise, you just nominate the location – home, backyard or local park!  You can train on your own, with a friend, or have the kids there while you train!

So whether you have recently retired, had a baby, are a stay at home mum/ dad or work from home, whatever it may be, we can come to you and help you get fit along the way.

CLIENT PROGRAMMING
If you are unable to meet with a personal trainer regularly, you may wish to take advantage of our Client Programming.  Clients have the opportunity to meet with one of us every 8 weeks, where a fitness assessment and analysis will take place, along with future goal setting, nutritional advice and a personal training session is included.  Based on these findings clients are given and taken through an individualised program, which is designed for them to follow over the 12 week period prior to us meeting again for a re-assessment.
