Wall 2 Wall Fitness also provides specialized running and track and field coaching. From sprints and hurdles through to the marathon, our coaching can be one on one event specific sessions or general programs designed to help a first time fun run participant or an athlete reaching for that elusive national qualifying time.

I have always run regularly but with no structure to my training. Since employing Wall 2 Wall Fitness to write a training program for me, my running has improved dramatically. My program is tailored to suit my needs and regularly amended as required. Whilst I find it challenging, I am getting much more enjoyment from my running which makes it easier to get out of bed in the morning!
I have done PBs in most of the races that I have competed in since starting with Wall 2 Wall. My main aim in 2009 was a half marathon in October which I did in my goal time a 20 minute PB.
Nick and Catherine are always there for me whether it be to motivate me, cheer me on, answer my questions or as a training partner. Their expertise and support are invaluable.
Slow down when you eat
When you’re eating larger meals take your time rather than wolfing down a big portion, savour it. Not only will this make the dining experience more enjoyable but will give your body a chance to let you know when it’s full, and stop you overindulging.
