Wall 2 Wall Fitness run outdoor boot camps that are set to challenge you physically and mentally whilst still having fun with old and new friends. We do not wear army greens or yell commando type commands!

Wall 2 Wall Fitness has the solution for you! We provide the equipment, motivation and expertise, you just nominate the location – home, backyard or local park!  You can train on your own, with a friend, or have the kids there while you train!

RUNNING GROUP

We know Boot Camp isn’t for everyone, that's why Wall 2 Wall provide a number of varied group sessions that have specific aims and help you achieve your personal fitness goals.

COACHING

USE A SMALLER PLATE
Using smaller plates really will help you to lose weight. Experiments have shown that people given larger portions will eat more before they realise they’re full, as much as 22% more. Restrict your portion sizes and there’s a far better chance of avoiding over eating.
