Fitter - Healthier - Happier
Welcome to Wall2Wall
A husband and wife family owned and operated business, Wall2Wall Fitness prides itself on its personal attention to your health and fitness goals. We understand that all our clients are individual and have varied personal goals and thus over the years we have provided numerous fitness products to help achieve the overall long term goal - ‘a healthier and happier you’.
While we once specialized in outdoor group training (hence the name), life has changed a little with introducing 3 beautiful children (6,4,2) since the inception of our business and so now our sole focus is on our individual passions, personalised track & field coaching (through Coach Wallsy Track Squad) and Nutrition Seminars for schools and sporting clubs (through Wall2Wall Nutrition).
We are here to help you.

Nutrition Education Programs
The main role of a nutritionist is to help people achieve optimal health by providing information and advice about health and food choices.
As a mother of 3 children (6,4,2), Catherine has become incredibly passionate about promoting health and fitness to school children as she understands the importance and benefits gained from leading a healthy lifestyle and making the right choices.
As a university qualified Nutritionist and soon to be qualified teacher, Catherine has a great understanding about food and the information the children should know when it comes to health, but also how this should be delivered and the curriculum.
