My personal passion for fitness comes from my love of sport and particularly track and field. As a junior athlete I was lucky enough to represent both state and country in the 400m hurdles and sprint relays on the track. With this opportunity I gained much knowledge about personal preparation in both health and fitness.​


Personally guided by elite coaches, mentored by Australian Olympians and educated by leading health professionals and the best of Australia’s sport scientists, I utilise much of my own learning to help clients and athletes alike.​


My philosophy on training has been created through personal experiences as a coach, teacher and trainer.​


Along with my role at Wall2Wall Fitness, my previous and current experiences include but are not limited to; ​


  • sprints & hurdles coach to 11 state champions & 6 national medallists​

  • athletics coach with numerous clubs & schools (including Xavier College and Melbourne Girls Grammar School)​

  • strength & conditioning trainer with several football clubs (including North Ringwood- EFL) ​

  • running technique and efficiency coach with Sandringham Dragons (TAC Cup) ​

  • fitness advisor to numerous athletes in team and individual sports​


As a coach, I love helping clients achieve their own PB’s (personal bests). Regardless of the achievement; a client performing their first push up or competing their debut marathon, the enjoyment is equally satisfying.​  For me, training is all about pushing you to your own personal limits & rewarding yourself with specific, measurable results!​

With a passion for sport I always had the desire to work in the sporting industry. I was fortunate enough once finishing University to work on a range of sporting events and organisations such as the Australian Open Tennis, Australian University Games, World Police and Fire Games and Netball Australia working with the Australian Netball Diamonds.  


I was inspired to venture out and start my own health and fitness business after seeing the changes I made to my own body and overall lifestyle when I was training for our wedding 8 years ago.  I decided I would turn this knowledge and excitement about the changes I made and inspire others to feel just as great about themselves and hopefully help them make changes to their own lives. This became the birth of Wall2Wall Fitness.


As a nutritionist/trainer, mother of three, I am incredibly passionate about promoting health and fitness to the community as I strongly believe that education is the key to leading a healthy lifestyle and making the right choices. 


My greatest personal satisfaction comes from watching my clients put into practice the things they have learnt as a result of training with us overtime.  Knowing I am helping influence these people to make the appropriate changes to their lifestyles encourages  me to stay passionate about the industry and is why I love what I do.


As a Trainer and Nutritionist my focus and interest is primarily about educating all individuals about the benefits of living a healthy lifestyle particularly athletes, children and adolescents.
